About Us
About Molina Demolition
Owner-operated, licensed for over 10 years, based in Avondale and serving the greater Phoenix area.
Our Story
Molina Demolition is led by owner-operator Jorge Molina, who has held Arizona ROC License #291875 for over 10 years. Based in Avondale, Jorge handles every job himself — full and partial demolition, swimming pool removal, interior demo, concrete breaking, remodel tear-outs, tree removal, and debris hauling — for homeowners and businesses across the greater Phoenix area. Jobs come directly from homeowners, not through general contractors.
That owner-operator setup is the whole point. When you call, you talk to Jorge. When the estimate happens, Jorge writes it. When the machine fires up, Jorge is the one running it. There's no handoff, no crew you've never met, and no phone tag with an office. One person is responsible for the job from the first call to the last load of debris — and his name is on the license.

“Wow! Mr Molina did an entire demolition on a property that i needed to get remodeled. First project was done Exactly when he said it was going to be completed. And at the cost that he promised. He is an expert in what he does. Would highly recommend him. I will use him for future projects going forward.”

Interior strip-out · Apr 2023
Verified on Thumbtack“I do architecture and interior design as my career, so when it came time to renovate my own home I thought I'd try being my own project manager. I needed to demolish nearly everything on my first floor: the whole kitchen, bathroom, tile, carpet, fireplace, drywall. They did it all in less than one day. This company is a gem.”

Removed a full kitchen and two bathrooms and cleaned up the concrete floor so all is ready to rebuild. Jorge and his crew are great to work with. I highly recommend them.”
