Tree Removal in Phoenix, AZ

Trees and demolition go together more often than people expect. A property getting cleared for new construction, a yard being redone after a pool removal, a tree sitting too close to a wall or a slab — sooner or later, the tree has to come out as part of the bigger job. Molina Demolition handles tree removal across Phoenix as part of demolition and cleanup projects, so you don't need a second contractor for it.

When You Need Tree Removal

Most of our tree work ties into a larger project: clearing a lot before a teardown, removing trees that sit where a new patio or addition is going, or taking out trees whose roots are lifting driveways, walkways, and pool decking. Homeowners also call about dead or storm-damaged trees that need to come down before they fall on something. If the tree is part of a demolition, pool removal, or cleanup job, we handle it as one job — one call, one crew, one cleanup.

Our Tree Removal Process

Jorge starts by looking at the tree, what's around it, and how it ties into the rest of the work on the property. The tree comes down in a controlled way, gets cut up, and gets hauled off with the rest of the debris from the job. Stumps and surface roots that are in the way of the next phase get ground or pulled so the area is actually usable. When the job is done, the spot is clean and ready for whatever's planned — new landscaping, a patio, or open yard.

Tree Removal Cost in Phoenix

Pricing depends on the size of the tree, where it sits, and what's around it — a tree in an open yard is a simpler job than one leaning over a wall or tangled near a structure. When tree removal is part of a bigger demolition or cleanup job, it's quoted as part of that job. Either way, you get an upfront number from Jorge before any work starts, with no hidden fees.
